I am a stay-at-home mom. I have been married to my handsome and wonderful husband for over 14 years. Right now he's battling stomach/esophagus cancer. So I do my best to craft when I can. I have two wonderful boys. My oldest, Garett, is 24 and served 5 years in the Navy. He's been home since the beginning of the year (2014). We are very proud of him. My youngest, "DJ", is 13 and in the 8th grade. I have two Border Collie mix dogs (Koda and Rugu), one Calico cat (Hydie), one orange Tabby cat (Bosley), one Tea Cup Chihuahua (Gigi...I LOVE her sooo much), a Chiweinnie (Lily....sweetest dog ever), and a Jack Russell/Chihuahua (Connor....AAALL boy).

FPD Sketch Challenge Sample

Hey everyone...

I hope you all recovered well from the weekend and are ready to start your week with some crafty fun.

Fancy Pants Designs was so generous with sending us their products to play with and I LOVE LOVE LOVE their papers, embellishments, and the designs of them both.

Our challenge was to follow this sketch that Pam thought up and then to create a nautical theme to go with the AMAZING prize package that FPD has given us to give to one lucky winner.  All YOU need to do is follow the sketch.  But it doesn't have to be a nautical theme.

Since Valentine's Day is quickly approaching, I have been working on all my Valentine cards to send out.  So I thought I would incorporate a Valentine theme into the Nautical theme and came up something for my former Navy hubby.

I hope you enjoy my project inspiration and will create something wonderful to go with the wonderful prize.

    This is such a super fun creation incorporating so many of the fabulous FPD nautically themed goodies!!!! Love it and I bet he will, too! Former?
